Due to the nature of our products (food and beverages), we do not accept returns once an order has been placed and fulfilled. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you encounter an issue with your order, we will review it on a case-by-case basis.

Chiabee rewards our loyal customers with a points system that can be used for discounts, special offers, and other benefits. Below are the key details of our points system:

  • Earning Points: Customers earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.
  • Redeeming Points: Points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. For example, 100 points = $5 off.

  • Non-Transferable: Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Exclusions: Points cannot be earned or redeemed on gift cards, shipping fees, or taxes.

Impact on Refunds:

  • Using Points for Orders: Points applied to an order are non-refundable. If an order is refunded, the points used will not be reinstated.

  • Delays in Delivery: While we strive to ensure timely service, Chiabee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services (e.g., Grab). Refunds will not be provided for delays in delivery that are outside our control.
